He allowed my case to be closed without my consent. We had a deadline for filing paperwork or we would be held in contempt if not met. Well the paperwork was never filed according to court records so instead of being held in contempt he just closed my case. I was a stay at home mom for over 20 years, raised all 4 of our children and Mr. Ricks didnt get me a penny while my ex-husband is living in a million dollar home in a gated beach community steps from the beach.

After my ex-husband filed for divorce Mr. Ricks appeared to be personable and confident of getting me a good result but that was not the case at all. He never returned my calls. he took me back to Court numerous times confident he would get me the best result but never did. After 2 years of delayed hearings and arriving late to court all I received was a large Attorney bill. He didn't forward any important documents on time costing me a lot of wasted time, stress and cost. I didn't get the child or spousal support that I was entitled to. My advice to anyone is stay well away. I only wish I had read these reviews prior to hiring him.
