I hired this attorney to represent me when I was buying a house.i let him know I wanted him to take care of everything that should be done.i bought the house. several months later,i am served with a lawsuit, whereas an attorney claimed that someone else really owned the house, and they wanted possession of it.i called greg perla and told him.he would not help me.as a result,i lost my house.and not only that, but I paid him over $4,000,which at the time I thought was too much.it was my first house,a fsbo, and I thought matters would be simple.
