About

Gregory S. Mills is an experienced and well-respected advocate in the family law community. As a fifth generation native of Nevada, Gregory comes from a family of attorneys and has extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas legal community and court system. As partner and managing member of one of the preeminent family law firms in Nevada, Gregory has focused his practice on dealing with the most difficult and hotly contested issues that arise in the family law arena.Gregory routinely handles divorce and custody cases involving domestic violence, drug use, and the physical or emotional abuse of a child. While most attorneys may take one or two cases to trial per year, Gregory has successfully litigated more than 100 career trials and been appointed to over 1,000 child abuse and neglect cases in the Eighth Judicial District Court. Moreover, Gregory has written several appeal briefs filed in the Nevada Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and has argued before the Nevada Supreme Court’s full panel of judges. Gregory has extensive experience litigating both abuse and neglect and termination of parental rights cases. He has represented every different type of client in these cases, including grandparents, biological and foster parents, guardians, Indian tribes, foster homes, and children. Because of his experience and reputation, Gregory is routinely appointed by the court as a guardian ad litem for children who are caught in the foster care system. Gregory received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UNLV and graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law. He and his wife live in Logandale, NV, with their four children.
