I have practiced law in and around Montgomery County, Indiana for the past 30 years.  My private practice consists primarily of tax preparation and tax matters, real estate transactions, wills, trusts and estates, corporate law, general business law, general civil law, litigation, appeals, Medicaid planning, and estate planning.  I also serve as a Deputy Prosecutor for the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office where I primarily prosecute drug cases and participate on the Montgomery County Drug Court Team.
