My practice focuses primarily in commercial and complex civil litigation, as well as corporate consulting and transactions.  I have successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in Ohio and Michigan.  I am privileged to represent and provide legal services for  construction companies, commerical real estate owners, commercial developers, alcoholic beverage producers, homeowners, and a myriad of other clients (including some fellow attorneys).  I also handle medical malpractice and catastrophic injury claims.  Together with my partner, Tony Turley, we recently obtained the largest medical malpractice verdict in Lucas County, Ohio ($10.9 million) on behalf of an injured client and her family.
