Gregg McDougal has a national practice focusing on complex business litigation and catastrophic personal injury matters. With 30 years of trial experience, Gregg has represented clients in complex commercial disputes involving contracts, mergers and acquisitions, fraud, fiduciary duty, trade secrets, and employment matters. In addition to his general corporate representation, Gregg has extensive litigation and trial experience representing clients in wrongful death suits and catastrophic personal injury matters. Gregg often manages clients' litigation with alternative fee arrangements.As the lead counsel in numerous high profile cases, Gregg has represented a number of well-known clients: five time Olympic medalist Marion Jones in a defamation suit; Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Tiger Woods; a well-known football coach after his termination from a large university; Duke University in matters arising out of allegations made against members of the Duke men's lacrosse team; and a Malaysian corporation in a breach of contract action against singer-songwriter and actor Kenny Rogers. They have two children: Davis and Garrett.
