Mr. Knutson successfully negotiated on my behalf and obtained a solution that was above and beyond of whatever I had hoped for. His wisdom, skills, and determination are remarkable.
Mr. Knutson was extremely helpful to me when I asked him to help me with a down to the wire problem. He agreed to meet me the next morning in his office to discuss my situation. When we met he sat patiently listening to what was going on and then got to work on what could be done. He stayed very professional even when I let out my emotions. After spending the better part of the day with me the charges were very reasonable. I would use him again if I need an attorney.
Mr. Knutson obtained a good settlement on a personal injury claim after the lawsuit was filed. I felt that he kept me informed about my case, and was confident in the way he evaluated my case and in his negotiations with the other lawyer. I didn't have to go to court, and he obtained my medical records and other information for me.
I requested to meet, via email, to discuss divorce representation, to which he immediately responded by phone. We met the next day at his office and after reviewing my information, I agreed to pay the ‘non-refundable“ fee per our agreement, in exchange for his attorney services to handle my divorce case. He filed the initial response to my exe’s divorce summons a few weeks after our consultation, but I then heard nothing from him afterwards, even after multiple emails and voice messages over several months. I was forced to hire a new attorney and pay another fee. It almost felt like I was scammed because he just would never respond back. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.
I hired Mr. Knutson and paid in full for services. He waited 8 months before he filed paperwork after I started a new job. This was after I left phone messages, text messages and emails. If you need it filed quickly, hes not the lawyer to use.
