He is reliable and honest. His pricing is great! He is worth hiring for sure. This is our 2nd time hiring him for our case. I am glad my husband's sister referred him to us!
Mr. Lavender recently served as our local counsel in litigation involved fiduciary matters. He was a huge support to the proceeding and helped protect our mutual clients' rights and meet their objectives..
Greg Lavender represented me in my recent legal matter. He helped me to gain full custody of my son, the most important person in my life. Greg did a fantastic job in securing the only result that will secure the best future possible for my son. I was a little wary of getting a lawyer, but Mr. Lavender was caring and capable, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
From start to finish my experience with Greg was nothing short of perfect, it was insane how much knowledge he has about DUI laws!! I was pulled over and arrested for DUI-Drugs for being on the smallest dose possible (which I had taken several hours before the arrest {.5mg Kolonopin}) of my own Dr. Prescribed Anti-Anxiety medication!! I was literally terrified about my future because obviously "DUI-Drugs" does not look good on your record and was afraid that I may lose my DL and not be able to get to work and lose my job and then be extremely hard to find another one and my life could have just continued on a downward spiral! From the first meeting I had with him i felt 1000 times better because of how confident he was, and the fact that he spoke facts like a computer but explained things in a clear way that I could understand. He really does know his stuff and I honestly felt like he wanted to help me not just wanted my money, also his price way extremely fair and worked with me with getting him paid! So all in all my opinion of Greg is very high I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I ever was to need a lawyer again, he is Professional, knowledgable, friendly, trustworthy, fair priced, and kept my informed on anything and everything I needed to know! Seriously if your in a bind and need someone you can trust hire this dude! My case was 100% dropped! Thanks Greg!
Greg handled my divorce with the utmost dedication. He kept me updated on every aspect of the case and explained things in a way that I could understand. Most importantly, Greg Lavender was a fighter! When my ex-wife's attorney pushed, he was not afraid to push back. I fully recommend him to anyone needing a divorce lawyer.
Mr. Lavender is a phenomenal family law attorney. When my daughter's father took me to court in an effort to gain custody, Greg fought for me like no other attorney I've ever hired. He kept me informed through the entire process, and I have found to be extremely trustworthy. He was able to help the judge see what was REALLY going on, and that my daughter's best interest was to live with me. I will never be able to repay him for helping me in that awful time, and I recommend him to anyone needing representation for a family law matter.
I want to start by saying I hired Greg in 2016 and he charged me for EVERYTHING! Even if he called me to ask me something that I told him in the past he just "forgot." He also was very hard to get a hold of, and blamed a lot of the problems on "DHS" when in fact I called DHS and they told me they had no record of him representing my case. Once we had court and Greg was nowhere to be found. When I called him and finally got ahold of him he told me he was broke down. He asked if my ex husband and I could meet him at walmart instead of the court room to sign papers. We said fine, because we wanted divorced and we already were agreeing on everything. We get to walmart and Greg tells us we have to wait for his wife and their newborn baby to get back from the bathroom because OUR PERSONAL documents were with her in WALMARTS BATHROOM. He was so unprofessional and I was embarrassed that he was my attorney. The entire experience was so dreadful. You'll ask him something and he'll have to get back to you after checking his books to make sure its ok. Any time I would question what he has done on my case or what was taking so long considering my ex and I agreed on everything he would tell me he'll withdraw at any time and was very demanding that he was doing the right thing and to stop questioning him. I'm no attorney so I don't know what the right thing is that is why I hired Greg, but I also know that my ex and I had no property together, we agreed on everything, I taken the necessary classes and it was still drug out for whatever reason. I can't speak on anyone but myself but I was actually referred to Greg and the person that referred me eventually fired him because she was going to him for over a year with absolutely no improvement on her case. She got a new attorney and within 3 months everything was completely done with. Once I got charged because I sent a follow up email to him because it was 2 months since I heard anything from him (I tried not to contact him often since he charged for EVERYTHING) when he responded to my email he admitted to dropping the ball and then he proceeded to tell me the good news, I later got a bill for my email to him even though he did not communicate to me what should have been communicated two months prior to my email being sent. I strongly believe he was trying to drag it out for money. Please do research before choosing an attorney. Also consider years of experience.
