My thanks go to Grant Stratton. The best thing about this attorney is that he knows how to listen. He does not forget the details given to him, as he prepares your defense. He represented me, and knew exactly which details needed to be included and which were less than pertinent. The results that he obtained in my case were so very positive that I had to write this post about his law practice. Knowing the justice system, and how to navigate it’s gnarly twists and turns are very important. When it comes to family law, Mr. Stratton would be my choice again!
My case was for jurisdiction in deciding a UCCJEA custody case between AZ & NV. It was an uphill battle from the beginning due to circumstances and timing. Mr. Stratton reviewed all my case material coming in late to the case and was able to put together an argument that gained the outcome I'd hoped for. He was easy to contact and returned correspondence in an reasonable timetable. His fees were fair, and worth the amount. With any case you pour over every aspect yourself and do a lot of legwork but he was able to pull things out of the evidence I had looked over. His behavior in the courtroom earned a more than favorable review and it was obvious that he had done his homework in cross examination of the other parties witnesses. I am very pleased and would recommend him for any family law case. UCCJEA hearings are rare and to see his ease in litigating the process in court was a great feeling. I would hire him again if needed and won't have to since he did such a great job. Thanks!
Grant took me though a situation that was hard and in my eyes impossible to win, however it was long time coming but we win and record which is the mist important of all. Is in good shape I can continue my life, without wondering what the out come will be be. He is very patient but knows what's he's doing and that means every thing,. Thank you God first and the you mr. Grant.
Grant really helped me understand the process and all the paperwork to fill out for my divorce. He made sure my interests and concerns were addressed and foremost in my case. He made sure that all my questions were answered. And gave me copies of everything. I am very happy with Grant and the services I recieved in getting my divorce completed. I recommend him to anyone. I have even had some friends ask me for his info to pass on to other friends cause I had such a great experience.
Grant communicated with me every step of the process. He patiently explained thing (sometimes more than once) so that I understood what was happening, what needed to be done, and what he was doing. He was efficient and did not waste time to "run up" the bill (I even received a refund when my case was complete).
Mr. Stratton represented me as the defendant in a family law case involving an extremely adversarial ex-spouse. He was understanding, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He respected my opinions, listened carefully, and gave sound legal advice. The case was settled in the best interest of the child involved and to my satisfaction -- and relief. He was conscientious in the use of the retainer provided and the remainder of the retainer was returned in a timely manner after the case was settled.
Had a child support case he helped me on. He was perfect about explaining everything in terms I could understand. Best part about him he only does what's NESSESARY to try and keep cost down. Defiantly will be my lawyer from here out.
My mother hired Grant very late in the divorce proceedings. Grant immediately scheduled a conference with my mom and discussed the nature of the divorce. After the conference Grant moved very quickly to ask questions, resolve matters of concern with opposing council. What I like about Grant is he gave sound advice and his ability to act quickly. Grant kept us informed and keep the divorce moving forward when opposing council was slowing the process down. He also was compassionate and understanding of my mom situation. I would recommend Grant anytime.
