Mr. Boston practices in a variety of litigation areas. He focuses his practice on first and third party insurance, personal injury, wrongful death, transportation, products liability, insurance coverage, and property/casualty matters but has experience in employment, bankruptcy, and criminal law. He has prosecuted and defended a number of civil and criminal matters across state and federal courts. Mr. Boston enjoys the multidisciplinary nature of law and is always eager to learn new practice areas.- Drafted, prepared, and presented continuing education course to Amica Mutual Insurance Company entitled “Avoidance of Bad Faith Litigation” which was approved for 3 hours of credit by Texas Department of Insurance- Significant experience with conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, discovery, court hearings, preparation of status updates to claim representatives, and representing property management companies at eviction proceedings, from justice court level to successful representation upon tenant appeals to intervention in tenant bankruptcy proceedings
