I am a civil litigation attorney. My practice is focused on the litigation of complex commercial and tort claims. I have  successfully defended 14 jury and bench trials, and have briefed and argued a number of reported appellate cases in Oregon and Washington.  When not practicing law, I try to spend as much time as possible with my family, preferably outdoors.
