I recently hired Mr. Gallagher to represent me to obtain a permanent restraining order against someone. He was very professional and timely with everything. He responds personally to many of the items you reach out to his office with and is always very helpful and direct. My case was not the easiest but Gordon took what we had, lined everything up for the Courts to see our side and he did this so seamlessly. I don't foresee us needing to revisit this restraining order in the near future but do plan on asking for Gordon's help again when it is time to revisit this case in 5 years to ask for an extension on it. I am more than sure Gordon will not hesitate to help me at that time.

I hired Gallagher and the deal was he was supposed to help me until the case was completely over, including the time for probation or whatever else, but I had to pay $4400 upfront. We went though the hearings and I was given a deferred sentence. I have had other things that had to be done with my case, and I feel like after I paid him the full amount he really didn't want to help anymore because he had already been paid. There is no incentive for a lawyer to help after they have been paid in full, or at least this one. I feel like I could have done the job myself and received a better result. I wouldn't hire a lawyer again because of him.
