At one point while I was out of the country for several weeks, Glen committed me to an interim spousal support order that I never approved of and could not afford to pay. Meanwhile, I had a 5 unit apartment building that was experiencing rental income problems. So I asked Glen Rabenn for advice as to letting the bank take the property back. This supposed state bar certified family law expert actually advised me to default on the Apartment Mortgage and failed to advise me that I could be sued for what is known as a deficiency Judgement. In fact I did thereafter get sued for deficiency and was hit with a $250,000 judgement in addition to losing the building. I also lost several million dollars in the divorce, almost all of it traceable to Glen Rabenn's willful failure to hire Zamucen and Zamucen's subsequent work for my adversary. I should have reported Glen Rabenn to the State Bar, and I should have sued him for Professional Negligence, but I did neither, choosing instead to just move on with my life.
