I absolutely love Ginger! She has helped me countless times when my life needed some guidance. She not only showed me great respect but really changed my outlook on the legal system. At first Ginger came across as passionate about winning my case for me. After she got my $20,000 however, things were much different. She belittled, threatened and intimidated me constantly during a time when I most needed positive support and dependable guidance. I discovered lie after lie, and in the end went fully against her advice which thankfully saved my life, no credit to her. She is excruciatingly untruthful and anyone considering hiring her should be warned of this.

When I first started working with her I thought I had found a trustworthy lawyer who would genuinely try her hardest to help me. By the end she never responded to any calls or emails, and she even mentioned screening calls at one point to avoid me. She misled me in almost every aspect of my case and what would happen. I don’t know if she just never knew the correct answer, or if she just always lied to me, but either way I never got the right answer. I was told two completely different things for both my community service and house arrest (which she described by her as "home confinement" and that it was much different than house arrest - not true at all). She was consistently late or cancelling all our meetings and when she did show up/call back to speak to me it was extremely difficult to get a word in edgewise or to get a straight answer. I feel that outside her career she is probably a very nice person, but with her clients she is disingenuous and only cares about the money. She let me know she was "done working with me because at that point she was only getting about $20 an hour”. In my case, not only did she not do anything which helped me, but I feel she could have actually hurt my case. I would strong warn others from working with her.
