Gianni MendesToniutti received his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Bologna, Italywith a concentration on International Law in 2002 and earned an LL.M. inComparative Law from the University of Miami, Florida in 2004. Mr. Mendes Toniuttialso pursued a Legal Certificate in Immigration and Nationality Law from theFlorida International University in 2007.Mr. MendesToniutti is admitted to practice before the State of New York since 2005 andprincipally manages business-related cases involving corporate transfers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors.  Mr.  Mendes Toniutti is particularly specialized in immigration cases involving “extraordinary ability” individuals,including musicians, actors, models, athletes, and other artists that come totemporarily or permanently work in the United States.   Mr. MendesToniutti is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian and hasextensive knowledge of business cultures in both the European and Latincountries.
