When questioned him, he said "you already signed" WHAT? I expected guidance before I proceeded.. Also, I am Dissatisfied with a CONDITION that was not met, no guidance was offered. and that I do not have verifiable proof of the "Condition" agreed. I emailed my complaint & still do not have legal proof of agreement. He did present another issue of charges that were Not in Agreement that was in my consolation discussion.
