I do not recommend Gerald for nobody, he represented me on my divorce which costed me a lot of money to be sitting on Court bench for many hours just waiting , basically for he could be paid by the hour and come back to me and say " we need another court day" he made me pay extra for services I bet heard off and was never available when I call for questions. I have a feeling he was ruling for my ex instead because he would agree to everything my ex was saying not even trying to defend me. I got two tickes for parking in the spot he told me that was okay to park. And at the end I paid soothing to him , gave him cash on his hands and did not gave me back what he owned me because it was beeing paid by hour. I basically gave haft my settlement to Gerald . Also poor service from his office staff.

He screwed up my divorce contract so badly that I eventually had to hire other attorneys, learn the process myself, fire everyone and go pro se to get the results Gerry should have gotten me to begin with. Credit destroyed by a foreclosure and 'secret' representations on behalf of my ex-spouse in NYS courts I was unaware of (and paid for) really taught me a lot about this legal system of ours and the players in it. I would never recommend this office to anyone. The only good thing Gerry said to me after making me wait on hard court benchs for hours on end while 'toggling between clients' and likely charging all of us, was 'not to buy a sportscar' with my settlement, which of course went back to fighting for my financial freedom for the next seven years - it wasn't even half of the house value.
