I am a trial lawyer who specializes in criminal defense and personal injury. I am currently taking cases in Garfield, Edwards, Pitkin, and Mesa County, but will consider cases in other Western Slope areas. I have tried 18 criminal trials, including 11 felony trials. My trial experience includes representing clients accused of First-Degree Murder, Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence felonies and misdemeanors, Aggravated Robbery, Drug Possession and Distribution, DUI/DWAI, and other offenses. The majority of my trials had ended in acquittals, or outcomes that were better than the prosecutor's plea offer.
