My wife and I had some legal work done through Mr. Mesmar and we cannot say enough Good about him . After completing all of our paper work we had a slight change of heart as to what we originally wanted which in turn caused the entire book of documents to be Re-written and Mr. Mesmar at no time ever showed nor said anything to us that could be described as anything but caring and understanding . Had a consult with this joke of attorney who I never got beyond the initial phone consult with, not only could e not stop interrupting me, but kept interjecting with FALSE statements about the law, when I politely corrected him he arrogantly demanded to know what I did for a living and said since I knew so much about the law then maybe I should represent myself! His only blind concern was telling me over and over your going to sign a contract with me and your going to pay me out of your pocket I kept telling him that was never an issue that I was simply talking about hiring him to get cash from an account in a legal action that the executor was improperly keeping for himself. He then told me in the most disgusting and arrogant tone HERE IS HOW THIS IS GOING TO GO DOWN , YOU DON'T GET TO TELL ME WHAT LEGAL STRATEGY WE ARE GOING TO USE ...I TELL YOU etc etc ..He in my opinion has the worst flaws anyone calling him self a attorney could have: ARROGANCE AND IGNORANCE.
