I came to see Mr. Katsivalis for help with my wife's Deportation Case which has been delayed, for various reasons, almost 15 years. Several Attorneys told us that there was nothing that could be done for my wife and she would ultimately be deported, but Mr. Katsivalis was able to use his experience as an Immigration Judge and help us. My wife and I are so grateful for the work he did on our case and his unbelievable attention to detail which is what helped him win our case. I highly recommend Mr. Katsivalis to friends and family and anyone else that needs an immigration attorney!!
After several attorneys told myself and my wife that her C visa was not adjustable, we went to George Katsivalis. After a careful examination of my wife's Ecuadorian passport, George simply stated "This is 100% adjustable." George carefully explained to us WHY it was adjustable and exactly what we needed to do to carry out the process. We started the process in November 2010 and by April 7, 2011, my wife Anyi had her Permanent Resident card. We cannot thank George and his staff enough for their professionalism and dedication to an Immigration situation that we thought was hopeless. If you don't want to waste your money on inexperienced Immigration Attorneys, go and see Attorney George Katsivalis.....you will be happy that you did! Michael J. Stack Chicago, Illinois
The worst Lawyer ever. Never returns phone calls or emails. Does not communicate well. Did not do anything in my cases it cost me over $1500.00 and nothing got done. DEPORTED
