Mr. Craft has been involved in a wide range of real estate and real estate related matters, including real estate finance, workouts, restructuring, acquisition and disposition of real estate.  Mr. Craft has represented real estate investors, developers and lenders (both foreign and domestic) in connection with the structuring, financing, acquisition, development, leasing and sale of all types of commercial real estate projects, including high rise condominium projects, apartment complexes, office buildings, residential subdivisions, regional shopping centers, unimproved property, medical complexes, golf courses, ground leases, deep water facilities and industrial warehouse complexes.
