I’m a business attorney and technology attorney for New Jersey and New York businesses. My primary areas of practice are structuring, negotiating and documenting business and technology transactions, and advising companies on a wide range of day to day corporate and business issues. I have worked in both in-house and large law firm environments, having served as General Counsel of an Internet services provider and as a business and technology attorney for over ten years with one of New Jersey’s largest law firms. I was named as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers Magazine.
