Then she acted by her own, didn't explain anything, she did everything without contacting me. In my opinion, she failed to do a lot, and then became irritated if I asked her questions. Sometimes, I sent her my own thoughts, additional information, which she denied, but which was later useful when she dealt with claims adjuster. In my opinion, Gayle Shields won't go till the end, in the middle she can drop you, because, she hesitates to move forward. In my case, I cannot say she helped my case with her personality, hard work, etc. She was almost going to drop me when during mediation we came to some conclusion with insurance company.
