I love, love this lawyer! I was injured in an accident that involved me getting hit by a car. Ms. Tuch was the only attorney who took my case on. Others didn't want to handle my case due to the stupid (and again I say..STUPID) NC Contributory negligence laws. They apparently doubted themselves because they figured it wasn't a case worth taking on. They didn't want to fight the uphill battle; Ms. Tuch did! She believed in me and my case. Ms. Tuch was able to convince the driver's attorney and insurance company to settle out of court. I would recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her again.
