I recently had an issue about a piece of property that I own & Mr. Singer was extremely knowledgeable with everything having to do with my case. He gave me great advice and I hired him to represent me. I definitely recommend his office and staff as they were very attentive to my matter.
I recently contacted this attorney. I asked to speak to him upfront but his office refused to let me speak with him directly but only under the condition that I pay $50 first. I pId the $50 and then was required to wait several days. An appointment was made. When my appoint time came he didn’t call me. I was then required to chase him down and call his office to see what was up. The receptionist, who did not seem to know who I was said he was busy and I would have to wait. Some time passed and he finally called me. I then spoke to him and was told that I would need to pay up front for the services I needed. I said OK, but after this he never called me back. During the ensuing week I tried several times to reach Mr Singer. On each instance of calling his office, I would be told he was not available and they would take a message. Each time I had to explain who I was, what the nature of my business was and what I needed. The conversations were extremely unprofessional and at no time did I feel that this as an accessible attorney who would take the time and care to handle my case. Finally I realized that this attorney, who wanted to charge me double the usual rate for his services, would probably not be serving my best interested and decided to drop him. I would certainly not recommend him to others and feel he is cherry picking the big expensive cases and leaves the smaller ones to fend for themselves.
