This attorney is unethical. We hired him based on a recommendation but another attorney (who we later discovered worked together with him throwing clients under the bus if they do not continuously feed his machine . He drove by our properties, requested a large lien on a property which we gave him, in addition to a retainer . He was hired to file a civil suit against a creditor (who coincidentally Hill also had invested with - slight conflict he overlooked! ) and informed us after reviewing the schemers’s bankruptcy forms, that he had committed securities fraud and would be happy to sue him. But as soon as he realized that he would financially benefit more by represented the the debtor instead after dropping us, never notifying us that he was switching sides for ten times more fees. Her ultimately represented the guy who owed us, and a lot of other investors and got settlements for pennies on the solar and did not report him to the S& E commiisson. Hill represented him against fraud and was paid nearly $500K to protect the criminal. He finally released the lien in our house but not until he was court ordered. If you are a have committed financial fraud , and need him to protect you , give him ast least $500K and he’ll do a great job no matter how many professional codes of conduct he has to violate . He is a corrupt and greedy attorney who is perfect choice for other wealthy financial predators . If you need to file a lawsuit against someone for fraud, he will take your money and then switch sides . That is my experience and I can only speak for myself . He may do a fine job for you, but be warned. We missed the statute of limitations for legal malpractice or he’d be in hot water . If I could give him no stars, I would .
