I have over 22 years experience representing clients in 1000s of bankruptcy cases under Chapters 7 and 13 in the Sacramento Bankruptcy Court, which services Sacramento County and 16 surrounding Counties. I am certified as a bankruptcy specialist by the CA State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Unlike most of our competitors, our firm does not use secretaries or paralegals to represent you. I offer a two hour initial consultation to review your bankruptcy options in detail and give you written materials explaining them and quoting our fee. I spend multiple hours with you in the preparation of the paperwork to be filed with the Court and in making sure the strategy we develop to maximize the benefit to you of filing bankruptcy is properly implemented. I have been a speaker on multiple occasions before the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Sacramento County Bankruptcy Forum, and have been a delegate and panelist in the annual Judicial Conference of the US District Court, Eastern District of California.
