My Father mysteriously died on the day he was to be released from the hospital on 10/19/2000. A woman from my dad's past came up with a will saying she gets everything. My brother put me in contact with Gary. He 1st wanted 33% of my Dad's estate when he won the case. I rejected that. I knew the will was bogus. Gary then said if I would hire him he would do it for 20%. Gary's fee would had been approximately $600,000 + expenses. He was confident this would be a simple case to win. I reluctantly agreed and hired him. Gary agreed to pay for all expenses necessary. Gary hired a hand writing forensics expert who said that was not my Dad's signature on the will. Gary hired a private investigator who found out this woman had been married 5 times. One of her husbands was shot to death, one was poisoned to death, one was ran over by a car and killed. Everyone knew this woman had poisoned my dad when she visited him in the hospital the night before my dad was scheduled to be released. Gary said he would have my dad's body dug up and have an autopsy performed om him. That never happened. Gary said he already had enough evidence to win this case. Everything was cut and dried. This case never seen the inside of a courtroom. This woman walked away with $3,000,000. I got nothing. Come to your own conclusions. There was some funny business somewhere.
