this Attorney misled me into thinking I had a good case. He told me to call the office and would be on vacation for two weeks. I have politely called for over a month and a half to no avail. We are litigating a surgeon who is harming people and I even have the DA involved and this attorney, keeps hedging and refuses to call me back. I know he didn't sign anything, but the ethics is the point. The moral obligation to legally tell someone you don't want to work with them or are too busy.
