Mr. Gary Brown handled an employment gender discrimination case which was settled in May 2016. I thought he did a "very good job" with my case. When I first met with Mr. Brown to discuss the facts of my case, I felt as if I were explaining my case to a friend who I had known for a long time. Mr. Brown carefully listened to me without interrupting, not even to ask questions. After I finished telling him about my case, he immediately said that I was being discriminated and then proceeded to ask me questions. I didn't hesitate to retain Mr. Brown because I knew he would be the right attorney to fight for me. He knew the direction where I wanted to go with my case without me telling him. He gave me good advice and counseling at every step regarding my case. I believe Mr. Brown put himself in my shoes as the client and not many attorneys can and is unwilling to put themselves in your shoes. He had a way of being able to relate to how I was feeling and what I was going through with my employer. Mr. Brown handled my case professionally from beginning to end. He timely submitted documents pertaining to EEO to working with the defendant to scheduling depositions to representing me to the fullest in court. I could contact Mr. Brown at anytime even on the weekends about my case which I don't think I ever had but he gave me the option. Mr. Brown was very easy to talk with, a great listener and down to earth attorney. My employer (defendant) was no match for Mr. Brown when he submitted the many documents to the court and deposed the individuals in my case.
