Lauter, Esq. is the founder of Lauter Legal Solutions.  Mr. Lauter began the firm with the goal of providing excellent representation and legal advice while at the same time building relationships with colleagues and clients, at a reasonable cost to his clients.  Mr. Lauter was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and near suburbs.  He grew up in a household that presented opportunity based on a family member’s individual hard work and tireless effort, and has used that methodology through all of his lifetime efforts in the educational setting and the workplace. Mr. Lauter has an extremely strong work ethic, and works tirelessly to achieve goals, both personal and especially goals of clients.  Mr. Lauter has performed work in various facets of society.  Ranging from manual labor in the construction industry as a young adult, to working in a clerk of court’s office, to managing a department in an industry leading pre-employment screening firm, Mr. Lauter has viewed the world from many differing aspects. All of these experiences have fashioned him into a confident, assertive, and diligent leader and advocate.  Mr. Lauter worked full-time while obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in History from The Ohio State University in 2002, during which time he excelled in this area, writing and presenting subject area papers in History at Ohio State.   Mr. Lauter then obtained his Juris Doctorate (J.D) from Concord Law School in 2013. During his time in law school, Mr. Lauter worked in a courtroom capacity at the Palm Beach County Clerk & Comptroller in Florida, and after relocating back to Ohio, finished his J.D. while working as a Manager at an industry leading pre-employment screening company.  Mr. Lauter continued to work full-time while preparing for and passing the California Bar Examination on his first attempt in 2013. Mr. Lauter’s work ethic and diligence is evident from his life experiences and is used to benefit his clients in their struggles and representation needs. Mr. Lauter will work diligently until the task at hand has been completed. Mr. Lauter has been married since 2004, and currently resides in Strongsville, Ohio.   Mr. Lauter is ready to provide diligent, excellent, hard-working and reasonably priced representation for all of your California legal matters, Federal Court matters where admitted to practice, Social Security Disability matters in Ohio and California, Federal Taxation matters, and Immigration matters.
