I was in severe pain due to this accident and she was so understanding . Very personable friendly and a joy to talk to . Where do I start?! I was the victim of a hit and run and sustained a neck injury. Unfortunately, my insurance company (now my old insurance company), who I paid to take care of me, was giving me the run around and their customer service was definitely not what they portrayed on their TV commercials.
