Frédéric is amazing with so much attention to details. He patiently guided me step by step and provided all the possible options and routes to get the best for me, even when it is not convenient for him. He comes across as a warm and highly responsible professional who goes the extra mile. He worked on my academic patent in a most endearing way and I do appreciate his effort. He was also kind to give me an educational discount for my PhD patent submission.
Fred is a great lawyer -- very Intelligent, knowledgeable, and ethical. I've been a client of Fred for years and he's consistently provided superior service, friendly and professional attitude, and competent advice. I'd strongly recommend Fred.
As a serial entrepreneur, I've used alot of lawyers over the years in various business endeavors--some solo practitioners, some small firm attorneys and also large legal firms. Fred stands out as trustworthy, practical, smart and fair with fees. He's my go to lawyer now for general purposes, having earned that role by distinguishing himself from others. Fred has helped me through a binding arbitration issue, through various state court cases and also on an issue where I was a creditor in bankruptcy. He's flexible, affordable, and results oriented. In a sea of untrustworthy legal "professionals" who seem to put their billable hours first, he's a different breed. The choice of an attorney can make or break your business at times, as I have unfortunately learned from past experience. I can confidently recommend Fred to any business owner.
I've worked with Fred on two patents. Both times I was very very impressed. I've worked with many other patent attorneys over the last 28 years. I have never worked with any patent attorney who was as good as Mr. Douglas.
Mr. Douglas is not easily defined in a paragraph so I'll keep it short and simple. He's a trustworthy God-fearing man who is up on current affairs, a great friend and an excellent attorney who has protected me from several potential legal disasters. Fred is now always my 1st choice.
