With more than 15 years of experience, Fritz offers a unique blend of expertise and perspective gained through technical education and representing clients in complex litigation and the energy, mining and natural resources sectors on matters relating to regulatory compliance, permitting and project development. He has successfully represented clients in class action lawsuits, commercial litigation, environmental citizen lawsuits under the Clean Water Act and Resource Conservation Act, and potentially responsible parties in cost recovery and natural resource damage actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act.“Second only to the client relationships I have developed, I am proudest of helping clients avoid enforcement and litigation proceedings by learning their business and building their trust so they get me involved early in a project.”Fritz has been interested in environmental and natural resources stewardship since before college.
