Divorce can be a difficult and emotional process.  My goal is to proctor my clients through the legal system as quickly and efficiently as possible in order preserve sanity and conserve assets.  If this can be accomplished through conciliatory means great.  If not, then I will be your advocate in the divorce arena. Many aspects of a Divorce, Paternity or Family Law matter consist of child issues.  Custody, Visitation and Support.  Most Divorces must address issues of Spousal Support.  Most divorces must address issues related to property, investments, and retirement.  If you have these issues, then you need a diligent representative in the legal world. Whether you are married, divorced, widowed or single, you should consider having an Estate Plan.  If you have family, a spouse, children, or other relatives, you should consider having an Estate Plan Assuming you have property, whether it be your home, investments, or retirement, you should consider having an Estate Plan.  A basic Estate Plan consists of a Will, a Trust, Advanced Medical Directives and Powers of Attorney.  Each has special purposes, and would make your life, your disability and your passing easier on others.  You should consider having an Estate Plan.
