Fred has handled many of my Car Accident claims over the last few years (I think he has been practicing law for over 40 years in California). Each time he got me more than I expected, the office answered all my questions in a timely and informative matter and he kept me updated on how everything was going. I highly recommend Fred!
Without getting into too many specifics about my case, dealing with Fred was a nightmare. He is impossible to reach. Bullies you into getting his way. Advises you on shady procedures and then in the end he screws you with a less than just settlement. I hired Fred while I was still in college and before I took a job working in legal field. It took almost 3 years to settle my case and in that time frame I spoke with Fred for maybe 2 hours in total and had to constantly ask for updates on my case being left almost completely in the dark. The settlement was laughable as the compensation I received was a fraction of what my “doctors” and Fred took. It was not even enough to cover damages to my automobile. I had a colleague review the case files to see if I had been taken to the cleaners. This individual told me that I was without question taken advantage of, but Freddie made sure to cover his tracks. At that point I had such a bad taste in my mouth about how horrible the legal process can be in unreliable hands I took my meager settlement and left the rest in karma’s hands. There are a number of great Personal Injury Attorneys in the Los Angeles area that I am happy to call my friends now, Mr. Glantz is certainly not one of them. It is a shame he has the nerve to call himself a proponent of the justice system when it is obvious he is an individual concerned only with his personal monetary gain and could care less about the individuals in need whom he “represents”.
I agree completely with previous reviewer. This lawyer is terrible. He: failed to keep me informed; lied repeatedly about the status of the case; threw tantrums; was completely rude and unprofessional and worst of all, tried to involve me in insurance fraud. I find it hard to believe that this lawyer is allowed to practice law. He completely screwed up my simple case. I have to hire a new lawyer and start over because of all of the time that this lawyer wasted and the horrible position that he put me in. In my opinion, he should be in jail, not practicing law.
Does not keep clients informed of status; does not communicate settlement offers; very slow; dishonest
