Frank's practice focuses oncrime victims' litigation,misconduct in administration of wills, guardianship and other probate matters,government misconduct, andwrongful death/serious personal injury.He regularly lectures at legal seminars to improve the legal profession. Frank serves on the American Constitution Society's national Judicial Task Force and the Alliance for Justice's Building the Bench Initiative. In those capacities, he has been invited to the White House several times to meet on matters related to federal judicial selection.
