I have used Mr Chen several times for my son's traffic tickets over the years. Mr. Chen has reasonable fees and represented my son expertly. Most recently he is expecting to get my son's new traffic ticket dismissed. He is positive, respectful, and a gifted attorney. I would never use anyone else

I retained Frank Chen three times to defend my son in traffic court. Each time he was able to resolve the case to my satisfaction. There was a strong possibility my son would lose his license the third time but Mr. Chen was able to avoid that. I regard him highly.

Recently retained Mr. Chen to handle my daughter's traffic ticket (Failure to Stop and Running a Stoplight) which included an accident deemed her fault. His demeanor was very professional as he clearly defined his expectation for the outcome and his fee for handling her case. I found his rates to be very reasonable and the case was dismissed with no traffic or insurance points being assessed. I would definitely recommend this attorney to my best friends.

Not sure he's the best attorney to choose to defend you in a traffic case. I never personally met the guy, paid over the phone with a credit card. I assume he went to my hearings. I'm not sure how well he defended me, never actually went to a court date myself. He was rude and combative with me on the phone. For the money I paid him (which was cheaper than other attorneys that were recommended to me) he was not able to strike a deal at all with the Prosecutor. I guess you get what you pay for. Hope your approach improves, Frank.
