I am a gun owner and retired FFL Dealer aged 64. I was arrested by Local Police at 7pm in November while resting at home taking care of my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. I was charged with improper storage of a firearm despite the fact that I have a class A LTC. Several months later I was brought in by constables on numerous false allegations contained in a warrant sent to my old address. The Police are trying to screw you. I am going to put a stop to it right now". He did just that. I had two other lawyers who were unable to deal with my case.
