I had spoken to other bankruptcy attorneys before chosing Frank Waters. He spent an hour with me and answered my questions. He has been through similar issues as me and actually listened, unlike another attorney who brushed me off to some young man after 5 minutes.

Frank Waters is not a bad attorney. He has horrible staff who are rude and give legal advice that is not correct. Don't expect much the area is Bullhead City. I would go elsewhere.

I definitely don't recommend this law office for child custody. I was quoted no more then $2,000.00 I just received a bill for close to $4,000. And I have already paid them $1,800.00 they said they aren't done billing me yet!! They have over charged me on numerous occasions! They switched my attorney on me 2 days before my trial and he wasn't even prepared for court. I know this was not my new attorneys fault. Please be very cautious if you choose this law office. This office is terrible. Every time I call to speak with their legal clerk they say “yes she is in the office” yet every time I have called it goes right to voicemail. I am so confused with my case as I have barely had any contact. Haven’t even TALKED to Frank about our case except for the consultation. I have zero confidence in this firm representing me. It’s like pulling teeth to even TALK to someone; I have even called various times during the day and sometimes it just rings and rings...I understand people are busy and I am not the only client. I do believe it is customary for an attorney’s office to get back to someone, not just leave them hanging trying to figure it out. I have been led to believe that they could care less about my situation. If I could go back in time I would hire a different attorney whose office is professional and empathetic to a clients needs and concerns.
