My approach to solving legal problems cost-effectively is simple: identify and master the issues early; communicate with the client; and develop a flexible game plan for client and lawyer working together.  In litigation there is money at stake, sometimes a lot of money, and I work every case as though my own money is on the line.  Anyone renting my expertise is entitled to expect that attitude.  No client -- NO client -- gets less than my best.
