Francis D. Price Jr. joined Hinman, Howard & Kattell in 2009 and focuses his practice on business law, corporate law, and real estate in both Syracuse and Binghamton. He is a former Vice President and General Counsel of P&C Food Markets Inc., and The Penn Traffic Co. Mr. Price brings his knowledge of the challenges facing in-house counsel to his private practice, and regularly works with businesses to successfully manage complex business transactions and high stakes litigation. Mr. Price is a life long resident of the City of Syracuse. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Christopher Community Inc.; a past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Onondaga Community College; a past Member of the Board of Regents of LeMoyne College; a past Member of the Board of Advisors for the Salvation Army; and a Trustee of Most Holy Rosary Church.
