This in one of the best Attorney's I have ever met & conducted business with; he saved my house by going toe to toe w/ the attorney's from the mortgage company. If you have any need for one of the best bankruptcy attorney's in the St Louis area, Call Frank & Rosie!!
Frank and Rosie have been worth their weight in gold. From the first time I went to see him about 8 years ago until this moment. He talks straight, he tells you what you are facing, and he does his job far above and beyond the amount of monies you pay him. He has filed a chapter 13 for me, and most recently he assisted me in getting my home loan modified. My principal mortgage payment went from $1975.00 reduced to $725.00. Now as he told me there is no guarantee they would approve it, but Ill say this for Frank and Rosie.... if there is a way to do it they will find that path and walk you down it. I had my responsibilities as well to do my part such as when I was contacted to provide documents and information it was paramount to get that info to them ASAP. But, if you seek a attorney who will serve you well this is your stop. Call him or email him NOW!!!
Frank has been a great resource for more than 8 years covering a variety of legal matters in which he is well versed. He has made himself available to me during some difficult times and graciously guided me through the legal storms with great care. He quickly responds via email, text, and phone reducing the stress involved with these matters. I highly recommend consulting with Frank regarding a host of legal matters.
He filed a Chapter 7 case for me several years ago. My credit score improved a lot within a couple of years after that case. I've recommended him to several friends who needed help with debts. I was about to have my car repod last week. I called this lawyer and he saw me the same day I called and even filed my new case the same day.
In an earlier review I gave Mr. Ledbetter the lowest marks. Lately I must say he has been great to work with. He had grown. Very easy to talk with. Seems to care a lot about what he is doing for me. He is putting in his time and effort for me. I would highly recommend Frank Ledbetter.
This lawyer helped me keep my job when a supervisor falsely accused me in a written complaint of something which probably would have resulted in me being fired. All this lawyer had to do was send a detailed letter to my employer denying the false allegations against me. He took considerable time questioning me about what actually happened and sent a letter to my employer acknowledging the truthful allegations in the written complaint (which didn't involve misconduct by me) but denying the false allegations which could have cost me my job. My supervisor in response to his letter apologized to me for writing me up, and I kept my job with no further action needed from the lawyer.
I come from a family of attorneys, and I have many attorney friends. Based on his representation of me Frank Ledbetter I believe is the most thorough attorney I know. He represented me in a traffic matter when I was ticketed for making a left turn from the middle lane of a street in St. Louis City. I told him the police officer had apparently made a mistake when he wrote the ticket. Frank Ledbetter went to the location where I was ticketed and photographed the markings on the street which showed both a left turn arrow and a straight ahead arrow. I was pleased when shortly after I retained him, he notified me that he had photographed the street markings, taken the photograph to a St. Louis City Counselor prior to the scheduled court date, and gotten a dismissal of the charge. Thanks to Frank Ledbetter the charge was dismissed, the court date was cancelled, and I didn't have to pay any court costs or fines. I suspect another attorney might have simply requested an amendment to a non-moving violation for which I would have had to pay a fine and court costs.
