About
I believe the Constitution applies to Drunk Driving cases! Drunk Driving is a criminal offense, that must be handled with thought, determination, and creativity. Nothing can take the place of thorough investigation and preparation, as well as complete understanding of the law and how the law applies to a particular case. Not to be lost in the process is the recognition that a defense attorney is working with a unique person, who must be treated with concern as an individual. I am completely dedicated to these concepts! On a personal note, I am a tennis player and avid gardener, and was a youth baseball coach until my kids outgrew my expertise. I am a big baseball and football fan, as well as a fan of women’s college basketball (look at where I got my M.F.A. degree and you may understand why). I do volunteer work for my undergraduate alma mater, The Parade Company, The Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, and the Michigan Regional Lily Society.

Frank is amazing attorney he takes his time to get every detail of your case not only he knows how to speak to the judge very very well and comes up with the right words to sayand not only that he is a wonderful person he is affordable and he'll work with you when it comes to using his services with thank you Mr Frankfort for your services
Frank was incredibly professional and thorough. I hired Frank to assist me in having the state of Michigan release a "hold" on my license. I made some mistakes as a young man, and 10 years down the road, I was living in a different state and ready to put my past behind me. Even with the hurdles posed by Covid, changes to the court system and the postal service, Frank was able to help me navigate the courts and successfully obtain my license. Frank spent a lot of time looking through my documents and ensuring everything was in order before submitting, and although it was a lot of work, it alleviated stress during the actual submission process. 10/10 highly recommend!
Mr. Ford made the entire process simple and as pain free as possible. From our first meeting to the end of my probation, he was by my side constantly, answered any/all questions I had, and made sure I understood the position I was in. IF I ever run into the law again, or any of my friends/acquaintances, my first and only recommendation will be to call Frank B. Ford. I actually had two cases brought against me, 3 months apart, both referencing the same incident. Mr. Ford was my attorney for each case. He was early to all phone/face to face meetings and was always well prepared. I had complete confidence while I sat and let Frank talk on my behalf to the court/judge. Mr. Ford has an extensive knowledge of his field and I am EXTREMELY thankful that I acquired him as my attorney.
Frank will go to bat at every angle he see's possible that the prosecution wants to be overlooked. Extremely level headed and you truly get the feeling that hes treating you like a client and not a case. Frank was honest and upfront about the potential outcome of my case, but that did not change his pursuit of justice on my part. Thanks to Frank I am back on the road after years of being buried by the State of Michigan.
Over a period of time I accumulated a rather shabby driving record with too many tickets and accidents, to the point that one more ticket would likely mean loss of my drivers license. Of course, I received a another ticket, so I decided to fight it in court and hired Mr. Ford. We went over my driving history and particularly the situation that led to the latest ticket in great detail. He set everything up with the court and appeared on my behalf. He managed to get me the best result that he could. I was originally charged with three or four violations but in the end wound up with just a one point violation. Saved me a lot in additional fines but more importantly surcharges on my insurance as well as traffic convictions on my driving record. I still wound up with a license suspension/restriction but there's only so much that can be done in a situation such as mine where you have to cut your losses so to speak. Remember that the judge and prosecutor have copies of the driving record during the hearing and do not want to let someone off of a ticket easily if that record shows that there may be a problem with that individual driving safely. Also, the fact that Mr. Ford has worked on both sides of the system, defense as well as a prosecutor, seems like it can be very helpful. He gives you honest answers to your questions, even though those answers may not be what you want to hear about your particular situation. I respect that.
Frank is very professional. Got my driving privileges restored. I highly recommend his services.
I live in Tampa Florida, I went to renew my drivers license at the DMV here when I was told that I could not renew the license until I cleared a revocation in MI. I went to the MI/SOS website, it stated you don’t necessarily need an attorney to get your license revocation cleared. The small print says if your review is denied you must wait a year before you can resubmit another. My first review was denied, a year later the second review was denied, another year later I sent an appeal, scheduled the live closed circuit interview spent three hundred dollars to rent the room and cameras. Got the letter from MI over a month later stating the appeal was also denied with no reason given. I remembered a MI attorney that had helped me previously with a case before moving to FL, that attorney was Mr Frank Ford. I called Mr Ford and explained my circumstances to him and he decided to take my case. He made it abundantly clear what I should expect with his representation. The maticulessness of every document from the form 257, the letters of support, the doctors letters, to what every questions answer should be, and how it should be phrased punctuated or capitalized. The process of getting a revocation in MI cleared is a long an argues one, but there is not another person or attorney I would choose to represent me in this journey then Mr Frank Ford. If you listen to Frank, do what he asks of you and asks of your support system, you will infinitely increase your chances of getting your case resolved positively, and make a friend at the same time. Thank you Frank, for all you have done for me and my family. Go UCONN Huskies! Sincerely, James
Mr. Ford exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. He is an honest, sincere man that will be on YOUR team! From our first consultation I trusted him. When your backs against the wall, this is the man you want fighting for your rights. He does the homework, covers all of the bases, AND will treat you as more than just a customer. A friend; a fellow human being that had made some bad choices. When you need help, this is the man to call! I can't tell you how he does it, but this man is magic in the court of law. I could not of been happier with the outcome of my case, or how he has understood my personal struggles outside of my legal troubles. There is not another lawyer I would even consider talking to other than Frank. B Ford! He saved my future, and there honestly isn't a way to express how grateful I am. Do not make the mistake of passing Mr. Ford up. He's one of the good ones.
Frank answered a question I had regarding a speeding ticket, with great detail. He made it easy to understand and took the time to think of new questions that I'd likely have, and answered them preemptively. He was very helpful :)
Frank is an excellent attorney. Within minutes of sitting down with him, I knew he was the person I wanted to represent me. Frank is a good listener and takes time to make sure he completely understands all the details pertaining to the case. He is extremely thorough and detail-oriented, and he is excellent at communicating information in a way that is easily understood. I consulted with another attorney before retaining Frank, and while the first attorney seemed a bit pompous and pressed for time, Frank was the opposite. He was so gracious. I'm so glad I had Frank representing me. I believe he was the absolute best person for the job. I was so thankful for the time and effort he put into understanding my situation so he could determine the best course of action. Frank was quick to respond to calls and was always patient with me, even when I needed something explained further or for a second time. Beyond my legal situation, I felt that Frank wanted what was best for me as a person as well. He has a nurturing way about him that was very calming during times of crisis. In summary, if you hire Frank, you won't regret it. He is a great lawyer and a fine human. It's my pleasure to recommend him.
