Mr. Agovino has practiced intellectual property law since 1973. He currently concentrates his practice on protecting technology related to cutting-edge electronics, communications, computers, software and business methods. He has considerable patent preparation and prosecution experience in motors, antennas, communications systems, software, solid state controls, incentive/loyalty systems, credit card systems and Internet systems and methods. Several patents prepared by Mr. Agovino have been licensed and enforced in litigation.
