The US immigration process is long, difficult and filled with open and hidden obstacles. Over a two year timeframe, Valdez Law guided us through every step of the way. Form after form, document after document both here in the US and in Honduras, they built a case file for our submittals. They took us through the USCIS submittal, the NVC submittal and finally the State Department Embassy interview. They were there every step of the way. They never failed to respond to an email or phone call in a timely manner. They never rescheduled an appointment. Even I got tired of asking questions, but they never got tired of answering them. Special mention has to go out to France's, Clarissa and of course, "Mr. Robert". In the end any real review should answer the question: "Would I use Valdez Law in the future?" The answer: "Absolutely!" Alexander. Houston, Texas
It was my first experience with attorney and I am so pleased with result. Frances, Clarissa and Roberto did a great job! After first consultation Frances told me that our case wasn't easy and we should work hard on it. She is very honest and will not tell you what you want to hear, Frances will tell you the truth. Now I can see why Frances was highly recommended to me. Clarissa (paralegal) was very patient! She explained me every little detail and was very supportive. Thank you again!
My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Frances Valdez and her firm. After a bad experience with a former immigration lawyer, I was hesitant to hire a new attorney; however, after reading about the firm's activism in the community, I felt they would be the best bet for our immigration case- and I was right! They were able to get my husband's 601 and 212 approved- something that another attorney told me would be impossible for a Honduras cases. The staff at FValdez truly care about their clients and are very good about communicating. Thanks to their handwork and dedication, I was reunited with my husband this past Saturday after two years of separation due to his deportation. Thank you Frances, Clarissa and Roberto! * Frances Valdez was recommended by an ICE employee who is friends with a friend of mine, so that speak volumes of the firms respectability!
Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service that Frances and her staff have provided. I was a little nervous at first hiring an attorney from another state that I had never worked with before. Frances was recommended by the Texas Bar Association. Before I hired her she took about 45 minutes of her valuable time to speak to me and go into detail about my cousins case. When I hired her to represent my cousin she was on top of everything and always kept me informed. Any questions I had were answered by her and/or her staff. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in an immigration attorney. Thank you for your services Frances!
It has been an outstanding pleasure to work with Frances Valdez throughout my whole Immigration Status process. She was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable! It was such a relief to be able to trust someone and know that you were in good hands upon all of this. I have no complaints about the the way she did anything, at all!! I can definitely recommend her to anyone!! Thanks A LOT Frances.
Frances is a well rounded attorney! She is not afraid to collaborate with other lawyers and organizations; she not only is extremely knowledgeable about immigration issues she is also inspirational. Frances introduced me to great organizations, people and opportunities all while assisting me with my case. Not only a lawyer but an inspiring activist!
If you want an attorney that you can trust in to do her best to help you look no further. Attorney Valdez is an exceptional person who strives to do her best for all her clients. To her all who want to work hard to be in this country has the right to remain in this country and she will do all she can to help you or your loved ones.
Frances Valdez has helped my entire family with our immigration process. Since our very first consultation, Frances clearly demonstrated her knowledge and experience in this field. She was able to explain the legal framework in a clear and honest language. She then explained all options available with the pros & cons of each one. She quickly answered all of my questions through the process. Her staff was just as impressive. They were able to quickly communicate to me any inquiries or questions they had regarding our cases. She has helped my family with DACA extensions, work permits, residency approvals, and advanced parole. To simply put it, I send anyone with an immigration need to Ms. Valdez. No case is too big or too small for her and her staff, and her work ethic and immigration knowledge is unmatched.
