About
Bill Bache and his law partner, Frances Lynch, work as team to obtain justice for victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death. In recent years they have recovered substantial compensation for the families of people killed in motor vehicle accidents caused by: negligent road design and maintenance, drunk driving, and the over-serving of alcoholic beverages by a bar. They have helped numerous people regain their lives after suffering devastating injuries, including injuries to the brain, the spine, and amputation. They have recovered millions of dollars for their clients. To achieve this record of success, they combine hard work with over 40 years of personal injury experience. They thoroughly investigate each case and employ expert witnesses as necessary to get the proof they need. They have a passion for their clients and they work tirelessly for them, leaving no stone unturned in seeking full compensation for their losses. Bill began his legal career working for one of the best law firms in Indiana after graduating near the top of his law school class at Indiana University. That law firm defended insurance companies and corporations in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. It was there that Bill learned about the insurance industry, and the tactics used by those companies and their lawyers to defeat claims for compensation by injury victims. After a time, Bill left that law firm to start his own firm, which would represent people, not insurance companies. He wanted to use what he had learned about the insurance industry and its tactics, to help injury victims and their families obtain justice. He has now been on the side of injury victims for over 30 years. He has lived and practiced law in Tucson since 1991. Having grown up on farms in Pennsylvania and Indiana, Bill knows and understands hardworking people, and feels a connection to them. He has a strong work ethic, and he believes in the Golden Rule: he treats clients as he would want to be treated if he was in their situation. He cares about his clients and does everything he can to help them through the process and to recover physically, emotionally, and financially.
