I represent injured workers because often it's difficult to navigate through the workers compensation process.  I have a unique perspective due to my work history of representing the Department of Labor and Industries as an Assistant Attorney General and also representing Self-Insured Employers.   My job is to explain the law, give my advice based upon my experience but ultimately allow my client to make the decisions necessary to help the claim move forward.
