I hired Mr. Glass to represent me in a case. He worked hard for me and he understood the law, I was ready to take a deal on something that I didn't do, because of the players that were involved. Foster told me not to take the deal and that we could win. We did win and actually set up the case for a tort action lawsuit. I would strongly recommend Foster for DUI and civil rights cases. You have to have regular contact with him though, as he sometimes forgets details of your case.
Foster Glass is representing me in a very complicated and protacted case. He is an excellent attorney with the highest ethics and that really means a lot to me. He actually listens to what you have to say. Very Thorough. I personally believe that you can't go wrong with Foster Glass representing you in whatever your needs are.
I had the absolute BEST experience with the Law Office of Foster Glass. Every single step of the way, Mr. Glass and his staff showed me the attention and support needed and then some. For such a scary ordeal this could have been, they made a special point to give me the best legal direction as well as emotional support during this long process. I am so grateful for all they did for me.
I have had a great deal of experience working with attorneys, and Foster Glass is my top recommendation for both criminal cases and civil rights violations. I have also retained Mr. Glass for personal injury cases as well as wrongfully denied insurance claims, and Mr. Glass has excelled where other attorneys wouldn't even take the case, or wanted to just settle when Mr. Glass insisted we proceed -- and he won for us. Remember this: The best attorneys will tell you the harshest truth about your case, and they get the most criticism for simply being honest, but at least you know where you stand. Personally, I prefer that professional approach.
Mr Glass, fought for me, for justice, fought the courts and thier b.s. when other attorneys wouldn't. Mr Glass showed me that I didn't have to take the bureaucratic abuse that I faced because I didn't know my rights or the corruption that has befallen the legal system we all live in today. I would probably be sitting in prison somewhere today on paper, significant amount of fines and god knows what else, all because I won't quietly get sucked into "our legal system" because of Mr Glass I am a free man not on paper, I walk with confidence and understand that I have rights and I don't have to be in fear of my freedom. His knowledge not only of the law, but also of how the courts conduct themselves, has created a man of me again. He stepped up and faced the powers that be and patiently yet firmly fought the corrupted wranglings of our pitiful lying manipulating district attorneys and judges. "my client" he says, "Will not accept the courts so called plea agreement" "Your honor, you know full well that my client..............." and he continues on with his extensive knowledge of whatever he says, you can almost see the judge sliding down in his chair, what I'm trying to relay here is simple, Today because Mr Glass has represented, fought for me I couldn't in a million years repay him for Working so diligently for me when all other attorneys tried to convince me the courts were offering me a great deal. Mr Glass I don't know if you'll read this but sincerely thank you very much for my freedom from oppression of our govt.
Mr. Glass and staff helped me during a hard time in my life. After 17 years of marriage Mr. Glass was there to help me thru my divorce along with the support of his staff making shur I mad the right choice filing my documents in a timely matter I was able to move forward with my life a lot sooner then most of the people I know who have gone thru a pain full divorce.
Foster was hired to file a Tort Claim , takes less than an hour. Didn't get it done in 6 months. Did not show up for court. Had to sue him to get my money back. This guy is a joke.
Foster failed to file paperwork that he stated he was working on and would file on multiple occasions; he missed hearings putting me on the spot; and he requested multiple court dates but wasn't prepared to back the same legal arguments that he was confident to advance in the office as a way to move forward with the case before the judge. I put a lot of trust into Foster initially but then felt belittled by the responses I would get when questioning his progress after months of not hearing from him, and finally getting through to someone who would do more than take a phone message and claim Foster is "very busy". Foster lacked professionalism in his attire - tennis shoes with an often wrinkled or outdated suit - and his lack of preparation and tact didn't go over well with the judge.
Foster is too busy to show up to your court dates. Doesnt follow through with what he promises he will/can do. He did not send us an itemized bill of where our money was paid for (we requested this for two years). The "customer service" was horride once they had our money. The lady who takes the calls, she yells at you and does not relay messages. Foster never had time to go and talk with his client in the county jail. He tells you he did one thing and then never does it. It was great at the first meeting with him and he made you feel like he was there for you. That quickly changed. And you have to trust these people to do everything they can to represent you..... in the end, the judges were so fustrated with foster for not doing as he was to do and file one motion and waisted the courts time month after month for not doing so......it was at our cost that paid for it and the outcome was more than anyone should have to pay for. Foster knows his stuff! But for whatever reason he did not do much of anything for our case. And thats what nearly ten grand got us!
