Forrest is a great guy and a solid attorney that actually seems to care about your case. At times he's been a little hard to contact, but for the most part he has been the best attorney that I have dealt with on this matter, after a long line of morons. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone for child custody disputes, or anything that he deals in for that matter.

Forrest was great to work with at first. He is extremely personable and seemed to really listen and care about my case. However, he was extremely difficult to contact. He has no secretary or paralegal. It would require multiple voice messages and e mails in order to get a response from Forrest. Which is frustrating when there is a case pending. I do not doubt his qualification and he is a great attorney but he is very very hard to reach

We hired Kuhn for a child custody case. He never made any real progress, not even filing the proper paperwork, and was impossible to reach. We settled for claiming HALF our retainer just to move on with our lives and found a much better lawyer. They're not all full of excuses and unreasonably difficult to reach; just the bad ones.

Forest never returns calls or messages and makes you wait months only to say he is busy. Doesn’t care about your case and puts his schedule first before your case or needs.

I would not ever recommend anyone to Forrest. Or would i ever use him again. End of it.

I called him to discuss the possibility of using his services again to assist with child support modification. He charged my debit card for $500 retainer, but I ended up not needing his services. When I reached out to him to advise him of this, he would not return phone calls and he would not respond to e-mails. He does not have a receptionist and he always keeps the front door to his office locked. I have no way of getting my money back, and he did not provide services to me. I do not recommend hiring Forrest Kuhn to represent you.
